Staff was very friendly and helpful about giving directions to restaurants and the lake for the drone show.

The hotel was beautiful and the foyer was quirky and interesting. Our room was large and comfortable although it needed some maintenance, one bathroom had tiles around the bottom under the towel rails that looked like they had been kicked in and other bathroom had a hole above the power point that needed filling

The room was well equipped, the room service responsive and a super convenient location close to lots of local eateries and bars. Having the cast feature on the TVs was useful for the quiet nights in. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Fun theatrical setting, with a unique decoration. Spacious room, with desk, fridge , etc. A Very nice view from the ample balcony, specially at sunrise! Good bathroom with good quality ammenities. The best hair dryer!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly (when we informed them about the plaster, she lady at reception waived our parking fees and was very apologetic). I thought the facilities & toiletries provided in the room were good, and the beds were very comfortable.

QT has got a very good location. Pretty close to the city center (shops, restaurants, cafés nearby). Lake Burley Griffin within walking distance. Great interior design, amazing food in the restaurant.

Helpful staff, system was down when we arrived so we were invited to have a cocktail at the bar, which was good form. Bar and waitstaff were very knowledgeable and efficient, special mention to Ruby our waitress and Tom the barman whose interactions made for an exceptional evening. Food was exceptional, wine list was 'worldwide', restaurant experience couldn't really be faulted.

General staff presentation and communication was very good. I particularly appreciate the bar man that served us on Thursday nite 12JAN23. Very smart, friendly and very good people skills. He served us with full attention. Well done. I also like that the Neuron scooter were always outside for my nitely scoot through the city.

the room was larger than average, lots of lighting options, decent chairs to sit and read books in, lots of natural light. the decor was bright and contemporary, the pillows were really fantastic and huge towels. I only used the reception to check in but it was very smart and modern with a good buzz.

Location was central to many attractions and restaurants. Room was comfortable. Breakfast dining was great food and reasonably priced.
