Friendly and helpful staff at check-in, who provided all the basic information you would need for your stay. The hotel foyer / lobby was clean, and nicely decorated with a theme familiar to other QT hotels, but a nice subtle change from many other chains. The room was nice, with a very well stocked mini-bar for those wanting to take advantage of that. Parking was easy with the ability to come and go (parking available on a first come first serve basis), and parking fees were explained upfront upon check-in (no hidden surprises). The hotel is centrally located, though it's a reasonable walk (or short drive/cab) to strips of restaurants and bars, but I think that's generally expected in Canberra being quite spread out.

Room is great, love the decor and the Dyson hairdryer. One of the few places with a balcony and door that you can open for fresh air which my husband loves.

We stay here regularly as we enjoy the hotel and its facilities, quirky decor and comfy beds. Staff are always helpful and accommodating, we were grateful for extended late checkout so I could wait in our room and work remotely while my husband attended a long appointment. Undercover car parking is usually available, if not there's parking outside, the room service menu is decent value and delivered fairly fast.

It's a very funky hotel, with its own distinctive style to the decor, artworks, etc. That's the first thing you'll notice, but looking past that, it has everything you would expect from a city hotel, and all very well executed. Room was comfortable, clean, had every fitting you would expect. Didn't eat at the hotel restaurant this stay, but have in the past, and it was excellent. Hotel bar has a great cocktail list and friendly bartender.

Good value for money and very clean. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced when included in the room rate. Parking was easy with numberplate recognition. Online check out was a breeze.

In town for one night for the Giants vs Kangaroos AFL game at Manuka. Perfectly located within a funky, arty precinct, the QT blends in with comfy, large rooms and a fun take on political portraits. In the bar area, the wallpaper alone deserves close inspection. The staff were attentive and friendly across all interactions. Being a Sunday evening, the restaurant was closed but the bar snacks were excellent, with enough choice to stay planted there. It’s a lovely hotel, clean and quiet with panache and sense of humour in its design. Will be our port of call again next time we visit.

Great staff! very helpful and accommodating, ideal location for our needs, very comfortable bed, nicely appointed rooms, love the the ability to stream our existing streaming services accounts to the TV, easy parking, great breakfast options (the eggs Benedict is delicious!), good cocktails, also appreciated the late checkout options offered to accommodate our appointments during our visit to Canberra.
